Laundry Dae is a rentable designer fashion boutique for women in the Gaston County and surrounding community who want to stay fashionable and on trend, without the burden of keeping up.

What makes us different is that you get the in-person upscale retail experience with the option to rent or buy.

Come, shop, wear, return, repeat. You don’t even have to worry about laundry day. We’ll do that for you!

  • Our storefront is in McAdenville, NC (AKA Christmastown USA!) at 125 Main Street, just 15 minutes outside of Charlotte. The in-person experience is worth the trip but if you are local and need a curated try-on delivered to you, please DM us through instagram or email help@laundrydae.com. We’re happy to accommodate as best we can!

  • We use a simple tiered pricing model. Non-members pay a per item rate that is set based on the item’s retail price. View our price sheet and other helpful info here.

    Members pay a flat fee of $150 per month, taking 5 pieces out at a time and the option to swap as much as they’d like. Members also get 50% off their event dress rentals. Read more about our membership option here.

  • Event dresses are rented by the week and everyday pieces (tops, pants, shorts, skirts, casual dresses) by the month. If you need customized rental periods due to travel, just let us know!

  • Yes, you can choose to purchase or rent! If you rent an item and decide you can’t live without it, we’ll deduct the initial rental price paid from the retail price and the item is yours!

    Jeans, bodysuits, shoes, and accessories are for sale only.

  • We offer a generous 5 day grace period, but ask that you do your best to return your rentals on time. After the grace period, a late fee will be charged at $7 per day. We will charge the fee daily to the card on file for a maxium of 25 days. If the rental(s) are not returned after that time, the customer will be charged the full retail price of each item. If unable to collect payment through a card on file, we will send an invoice through email for payment on receipt.

  • No!

    One of the perks of Laundry Dae is that we’ll take care of that for you. We ask that you of course take care of the pieces just like they were your own when wearing and storing, but once your rental period has ended, simply return your pieces, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.

    If laundering is required during your rental period due to a spill or stain, please follow these simple instructions:

    1) Treat stains.

    2) Wash separately, using COLD water. Gentle detergent is best.

    3) Hand wash or gentle cycle.

    4) Hang or line dry.

    It is important that heat is NOT used via water or a dryer. Heat causes fading, bleeding, shrinkage, and irreversible stains.

    It may surprise you, but dry cleaning is actually very hard on clothes and reduces their life. Cold water and line drying is best.

  • Life happens and we expect to have to repair items from time-to-time. Please let us know when returning the item, and we’ll take care of it free of charge.

    Remember, we’ll handle any laundering*.

    In the rare case of a ruined item that is returned to us, you will be charged the replacement cost of the item (our cost).

    In the case of a lost item, the retail price will be owed.

    *Note re. laundering: If laundering is required during your rental period due to a spill or stain, please follow these simple instructions:

  • Yes! If you are local, you can browse and even purchase items online. Swing by the store when it’s convenient to pick up your online purchases.

    To rent and/or sign up as a member, please come into the store or contact us for a curated try-on delivery. DM us through instagram or email at help@laundrydae.com to arrange.

  • Membership and rental payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or products.

    Rental purchases are nonrefundable. Unworn retail purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
